CUSTODIAL ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION

OZGLO Cleaning Company, LLC seeks candidates for part-time,
custodial assistant positions. Evenings only.  $9.00/hour.

Job Description:
Perform regular cleaning within large-scale facilities and/or smaller office spaces in Windsor/Bloomfield/West Hartford areas. Duties include sweeping, damp/wet mopping, dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, gathering and removing trash. Machine cleaning included.

Successful candidates must:

• have previous commercial cleaning experience & knowledge of cleaning machinery or a strong desire to learn new skills
  
• be age 21 and older
  
• be available 6pm to 11pm
  
• be available to work Sunday & Friday nights
  
• have knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry or desire to learn new skills
  
• own vehicle with valid CT driver's license & valid insurance required
  
• have high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  
• be able to read and write in English
  
• be able to lift up to 30lbs.
  
• ability to perform prolonged physical labor
  
• be a team player and a self-starter
  
• be reliable and flexible
• Other Skills:
• able to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  
• excellent customer service skills
  
• ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
